Our Jigger & Pony Group gift vouchers are available in the denomination of S$50 and are valid for 6 months from date of issuance. Vouchers can be used across all Jigger & Pony Group establishments: Jigger & Pony, Humpback, Gibson, Live Twice, Rosemead, Sugarhall and Caffe Fernet.

Can I make an exchange or get a refund?
Our vouchers are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and may not be replaced if lost or stolen.
How do I make payment?
Upon confirmation of purchase over email, an invoice will be prepared for payment. Payment methods include PayNow, bank transfer and credit card payments via Stripe. Credit card payments will incur a 1.4% admin fee.
How do I collect the vouchers?
You may opt to collect your vouchers at Rosemead, other group venues or have them mailed to a Singapore address with an additional S$3 mailing fee. A lead time of 3 working days apply.
